8:30 – 8:45am ~ go through paper

8:45 – 9am ~ cost recoveries

9 – 9:05am ~ schedule appointments

9:05 – 9:10am ~ check emails

9:10am – 1pm ~ tumblr/answer calls/open files/facebook/hotmail/browse: cars, houses, ebay, online shopping/write down incoming faxes

1 – 2pm ~ lunch

2 – 5pm ~ tumblr/answer calls/open files/facebook/hotmail/browse: cars, houses, ebay, online shopping/write down incoming faxes

FINISH 5pm

 

* Friday morning tea from 10 – 10:30am

* If junior is away I do mail from 9am – 9:30am and from 3:45pm – 4:10pm

* I may get asked to do an unexpected job which will take up a few minutes from here to there throughout the day.

* Once a month I will have to do account reminders to clients, depending what time of the day I am given the accounts to start creating they usually take a whole day to complete.
